In the Sponsorship 101 episode of Podcasting Step by Step, Jessica Kupferman and I talked about how to negotiate your own sponsorship deal, because the traditional CPM advertising model is terrible for most podcasters.

Now, let’s say you’ve landed your dream sponsor. You want to make them happy, right? This means creating ads that delight your listeners and motivate them to buy. 

If you want to keep your sponsor, you have to convert for them, meaning help them sell.
