Introverts work with me when they’re ready to make Big Leaps in their career or business…
but need to become more visible to do it — without freaking out.
My clients are the former “shy kids” who preferred to be just outside of the spotlight, playing the role of happy sidekick. But now, they’re ready to take the lead. Well, mostly ready.
I can relate.
When I was in school (ages ago!), I was too shy to say anything. Seriously, I dropped out of spelling bees even though I knew how to spell every word. Even Insouciant. When I started working, I didn’t speak up in meetings either.
Then I discovered Stoic philosophy and the Enneagram.
The Enneagram (think of it as a personality typing system on steroids) helped me understand why I felt more comfortable staying quiet and avoiding conflict at all costs (typical 9!).
Stoicism taught me not to run from uncomfortable feelings, and instead to be with them and observe them with curiosity, and how important it is to push yourself out of your comfort zone.
The Enneagram, Stoicism, plus somatic work taught me how to regulate my emotions, reduce my performance anxiety and communicate from a more grounded place. And that has allowed me to speak more calmly and impactfully so I could grow my business, start a podcast, and be seen and heard by people like you!
It’s a powerful combination — mindfulness, somatic work, and consciously stretching outside of your comfort zone until you feel just fine in the spotlight, leading high-level meetings, or speaking on stage.
Yes, it’s possible.
I know right now you panic when all eyes are on you, and it’s been holding you back in your career, business, and personal life. You’ve probably tried telling yourself to stay calm (that never works!), practicing your SuperWoman pose in the bathroom, or medication — but ultimately, as long as you’re fighting your emotions and sensations and trying to *think* your way out of them, you’ll stay on high alert.
My methods, which combine modern psychology, somatic work and ancient wisdom (Stoicism is 2300 years old), teach you how to be with your emotions, relax into and listen to your body, and recognize cues that you are safe.
Listen, this is about more than dealing with performance anxiety. Your ideas, your message, and your purpose matter, and your voice needs to be heard for you to make the impact you’re here to make.
If younger me could see the calm, confident communicator I’ve become, she’d be stunned. I wish I could share with her the skills I know now — but I can share them with you.
I’m here to teach you practical skills to manage your mind and body so you can feel less anxious (and more confident) as you elevate your presence and capture people’s attention.
Are you ready to feel more at ease speaking up, sharing your ideas, and managing tough conversations while sleeping great at night (even the night before a presentation)?
Let’s talk.
In case you’re wondering how a 2,300-year-old philosophy pertains to your life (fair question), let me tell you a few fun things about Stoicism.
More than two millennia ago, the Stoics practiced therapeia, the foundation of today’s leading evidence-based treatment for anxiety: cognitive behavioral therapy.
When people hear the word ‘stoic,’ they often think of someone who swallows their emotions.
Stoic philosophy, however, involves cultivating healthy emotions and managing unhealthy ones.
Stoic leaders get curious about emotions like anxiety, instead of reacting against them or stuffing them down. This self-awareness allows them to respond, rather than react.
Once Stoic leaders understand most worries are just stories they tell themselves, they move forward. They focus on what’s in their control to meet the goal. They act and bring people along.
Stoic leaders listen to and are loved by their teams. They communicate clearly, collaborate, and make decisions. Shiny objects and other people’s opinions don’t distract them.
Stoic leaders feel less stress and overwhelm because they’ve shifted the thought from “What will people think?” to “How can I serve?”
If that sounds like you — or the kind of leader you’d like to be — then Stoicism might be the practice for you!

💼 In addition to coaching, I help clients with copywriting, communications strategy, brand story development, and podcast launching. Apple, Barclays, and the S&P 500 are a few of the brands I’ve worked with.
🎤 Are you as into podcasts as I am? I developed two award-winning shows: LIVE Without Borders and Podcasting Step by Step.
🙌 I practice Stoicism and study the Enneagram for my own personal growth, and to help my coaching clients create radical change in their lives.
🇬🇧 When I was 18, I moved to England on my own for a summer. An inn in the Lake District hired me as a waitress/ chambermaid. Fell madly in love with the country.
🇮🇹 In 2010, I moved to Italy on my own, obtained dual citizenship in two months, have been living the expat / location independent life ever since. Secret menu — I offer a 1:1 VIP day for women who want to move abroad.
🏖 Now I live near the ocean in Kent and can literally see France from my bedroom window.
🌱 I often eat breakfast-y foods for lunch, and lunch foods for breakfast and wish everyone could experience this freedom. I’ve been vegetarian most of my life and my favorite meal of the moment is vegetarian English breakfast.
